Classes + Mentorships
I’ve offered a variety of classes over the last year, teaching journeying and guiding soul level evolution for others through their inner work. You may have come across my website or print materials, maybe a business card and are looking for more information about what I offer. Journey Circles: drop in journey circles allow people to drop in as it’s aligned to their schedule to learn how to journey, experience the way of council, connect with community, and attune to their inner worlds
Ancient Tools for the Modern Mind: this one-day workshop explores inner work and shamanic journeying, shamanic art, creating sacred space, ceremony, ancestral healing and healing with nature
Spirits of the Land: a 10 session journey intensive to connect with the elements of this beautiful Earth that support us on our journey, to learn how to move energy with the land, and support this evolution we are experiencing at this time in a safe, grounded way
Gather: a 7 session journey intensive to explore the feminine archetypes, connect with the inner child to bring forward the wild one within, and connect with otherworldly support for the feminine path
Descent: a 5 session journey intensive that dives into the heart space to reveal deeper aspects of self, through shadow work, discover personal power symbols & connect with universal, natural aspects to bring forward power for the healing journey
Chakra Journey: a 7 session journey intensive that explores and connects with one chakra per session, to expand on the themes & energies of each chakra. This brings forward personal healing opportunities to clarify each energy center, build deeper connection to the energy body and expand awareness of energy work within the body.
All classes may be adjusted to meet individual needs and goals, and are offered through a one on one mentorship arrangement. This has been deeply transformative for my clients. Individual healing sessions and ongoing mentorships create space within to move through thresholds of experience and awareness. See my front page for reviews & experiences of a few of my clients. Some soul level work includes the process of Soul Retrieval, which is a beautiful process of recalling & unveiling the power within.
